**Heart warming.** This volume was heart warming and fun. Ivy gets, not only a new travel companion, but a father figure as well. Broken hearts start to mend, severed bonds rewoven. This is a great series.

This one was slower plot-y wise, but it focus on Ivy and Druid's growing relationship and that is what I'm in for. The slimes and Ciel continue to be cuties and Druid's family instant acceptance of Ivy is just a balm to the soul (especially when you remember book 1).

**Amazing** Druid and Ivy make a goof father-daughter combo. Both are learning a lot from each other. One has been a solo traveler and the other has been a group traveler. Ivy's familiars are too strong and rare.

I'm using this as a placement book for the manga.

A slow one but still good. I only gave it four stars because it wasn't as good as the others in the series, but it's still great.

Got stuck while reading this ages ago. Picked it back up and reread it from the start to remember what was going on.

Thank goodness, I finally finished reading this. Actual rating is 4.25. I mean, a lot has happened here. Some were tensed, most were adorable. And Ivy with her new companion headed off to next town.
